Last weekend I went to Triathlon Lab to pick up some last minute supplies and energy gels before a race. Being my first visit to the shop, i took a look around. I found out that they rent wetsuits and then if you come back to purchase a wetsuit there at a later date, they subtract the rental price from the cost of the new wetsuit. A tasteful way to incentivize shop loyalty, in my opinion.
I don’t know if this has a name, but it got me interested in learning more about creative sales strategies (next weekend’s project maybe?).
Just got a new wallet from Fab. Trying to go minimal.
